Inside Dhaka:
1. NO ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE FOR EXCHANGE.
2. Customer can exchange with any other product from Diana Craft
& Fashion.
3. For exchange customer must receive the delivery, make the
payment and keep the product unused. Customer care team
should be informed by calling: +88 01764688599 within 3 days
of receiving the delivery.
4. Customer has to mention style number, size and color of desired
product that they want to exchange with.
5. We will send the exchanged product. While receiving the new
product customer has to return the new previous product
customer has to return the previous product to deliveryman.
6. In case of exchanging with a product of higher value, additional
amount must be paid during exchange delivery. In case of
exchanging with a product of lower value, additional amount will
be credited/added customer wallet as store credit for future
purchase.
7. Customer can exchange any ordered product for 1 time only.

Outside Dhaka:
1. If customer is from out of Dhaka, product must be returned to
our office first via any courier service. After receiving the
product we will send the exchanged product.
2. Other terms and conditions will remain same as above.
8. Unfortunately customer must pay additional delivery charge of
Shundarban/ S.A Paribahan, REDX Delivery, Delivery Tiger, to
return the product to our office. Diana Craft & Fashion will bear
the cost of resending the exchanged product.
